From odysseybmx.com:

It's awesome when a product that you don't pay any attention to, happens to blow up out of nowhere, leaving us stunned (and with not enough product). Such is the case with our Twisted PC pedals, which are 8 years old at this point. A few street riders happened to run them due to their low cost, low weight and (relatively) high durability and it trickled down from there into a phenomenon. The PC's that are shipping out will feature an updated improved spindle over the previous versions, as well.

I stuck some of these bad boys on my bmx. and fuck me they are amazing. properly not a good idea in the wet, but they would work on mtbs too, especially for street and dirt jumping. ive never getting another pedal ever again, just keeping getting they plastic ones.

£15.99

PROS:

- CHEAP! cant argue at 16 quid a pair with top notch odyssey quality.
- light! lighter than any metal pedal. usually lighter by a long way.
- Quality axle. weight hasnt been reduced using shitty weak axles. the the plastic that is light.
- wont MUNCH your shins when you crash.
- dont destroy your shoes.
- amazing shape and feel great. perfect amount of grip for dirt jumping, street or skatepark. enough to keep em there when you want, but not too much so no foot tricks are possible.
- grind really quickly.

CONS:

- If you throw your bike about (into walls especially) they may break. you would be suprised at the amount of abuse that they take though, its mind blowing.
- they do wear down if you grind street (like me Very Happy). however, considering they are 16 quid a set, and metal pedals end up with bent pin and shit, this is actually not a con really.
- not good in the wet. althouggh i would stick them on a dirt jump bike, i wouldnt stick them on a downhill bike.

all in all, dont think "o its plastic = shit". these things fucking rock. seriously.

peace![/b]

i totally agree with adam, i am never buying metal pedals again for my bmx.
a friend of mine bought macneil face pedals not long ago and he barely rides but its funny to see how they have worn and deteriated (sp) compared to my pc's.

plastic pedals ftw.
